Returns are accepted within 30 days. Returns must include all paperwork,accessories and factory packaging to be fulfilled completely. Factory Sealed Items must still be factory sealed as they were sold. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to the refund.
Items can be returned for defectiveness, not as described or ordered by mistake etc within the 30 day window from the delivery date.
Return shipping is provided for free by downloading and printing a shipping label. This is only free for continental USA orders. Buyer's will be responsible for return shipping for international orders or for USA territories with higher shipping rates.
We ask for a 4 day processing time after the return has been delivered before the refund must be issue. To verify the contents and condition of the return.
